WORKSHOP

Our work shop has more than 2 500 sqm under roof and is one of the most advanced diesel fuel system workshops in South Africa. There is a place for everything and everything in its place which ensures maximum efficiency and impressive turnaround times.

We expand our inventory of test equipment every year and in 2014 we added the Hartridge Cri-PC Test Stand which allows us to handle all makes of Common Rail injectors and injector systems.

All our equipment is annually calibrated and audited to ensure the accuracy of all test results and to give our customers peace of mind. We comply with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards. We achieved 100% in our 2015 Bosch audit.

Quality and customer satisfaction are behind everything we do. We received the best Bosch Diesel Service centre award in 2010 and we continue to strive for excellence and best in the industry service for our customers.

Our workshop is divided into five sections each of which is manned by specialists in their field dedicated to providing top quality service.

The Pump Room - Specialising in the repair of diesel injector pumps.

The Injector Room - Specialising in the service and repair of diesel injectors.

The Turbo Room - Here we service and repair diesel turbo chargers.

The Alternator Room - We can service and repair alternators and starter motors.

The Diagnostics Room - Dedicated to diagnosing any perforamce issues on your diesel motor.
