INJECTOR ROOM

 

Our diesel injector room is where all the action is. This is where we repair, test and calibrate diesel injectors for a variety of injector makes. Diesel injectors are hi precision engineered machine parts that work under extreme conditions and yet consist of microscopic parts barely visible to the naked eye. We have to best equipment for servicing these incredible marvels of modern engineering.

Pride of place goes to our Hartridge CRi-PC Test Stand. We are equipped with the four line configuration of the Hartridge CRi-PC which allows us to run more tests in the same time as the single line version.

 

 

The Hartridge CRi-PC allows us to run the following tests on diesel injectors:

• Measure injector delivery.
• Measure injector coil resistance.
• Measure injector response time.
• Measure backleak flow and temperature.
• Create, edit, save, view and print test plans.

 

Our Hartridge CRi-PC caters for Pneumatic clamping and fast diagnosis of faulty injectors including:

• Bosch
• Delphi
• Denso
• Siemens
• Etc.

 

 

In addition we are equipped with the MAKTEST Cummins HPI Test Bench, the UTS1004 system, which enables us to test the Cummins range of injectors.

 

 

We use the MAKTEST KO4000 Computer Aided Repair System (CARS) to assemble injectors once they’ve been serviced and we use the Caterpillar KO1873 and KO1874 Repair Toolsets to work with Caterpillar injectors.
