The Heart Of our operation

Our diesel pump room is the heart of our operation. This is where we check diesel fuel injection systems in, disassemble them for testing, test them and then repair them. Working with diesel injection systems is a hi-tech undertaking that demands skilled and qualified diesel mechanics supported by the best systems in the industry.

Our main test bench is the Bosch EPS 815 Common Rail test bench. This equipment allows for the testing of the latest generation of high performance diesel pumps as well as Common Rail (CR) diesel injectors covering both passenger and commercial vehicles.

We have multiple EPS 815 Test Benches which allows us to run many tests at the same time on both diesel pump and diesel injection systems.

We are equipped with the following EPS 815 modules:

  • KMA 802 – Fuel delivery measurement system.
  • KMA 822 – Electronic delivery measurement system.
  • VPM 844 – Retrofit kit for the testing and programming of solenoid valve controlled distributor type Bosh pumps such as the VP 29, VP 30 and VP 44 pumps.
  • CRS 845 – CR Retrofit for testing Common Rail diesel injector systems.
  • CP1 – Clamping sets for CP1 diesel pumps.
  • CP2 – Clamping sets for CP2 diesel pumps.
  • CP3 – Clamping sets for CP3 diesel pumps.
  • CRI 846 – Special accessory set for first and second generation Bosch Common Rail injectors for passenger vehicles.
  • CRIN – Special accessory set for first and second generation Bosch Common Rail injectors for commercial vehicles.
  • Computer Upgrade – Upgrade to Common Rail testing unit for distributor pumps including the VP 29, VP 30 and VP 44 pumps
