Randburg Diesel and Turbo was established by Johan Botha in 2006 as an authorised Bosch Diesel Service centre and has grown to one of the industry leaders. This was evident when an award was received from Bosch SA as the best Bosch Diesel Service centre in 2010 and reaffirmed last year when we received 100% in our Bosch audit for 2015.
The company specialises in the repair and rebuild of all diesel pumps, injectors and turbochargers as well as starter motors and alternators for all vehicles.
The company’s fully equipped workshop in Strydompark comprises 2 500 sqm under roof, with one of the largest diesel pump rooms in the country and our very own electrical room. Randburg Diesel and Turbo pride themselves on being a one stop diesel fuel injection service centre and strive to render a professional service with quality workmanship.
A dedicated team of technicians are fully qualified and Bosch trained. An ongoing training and skills development policy is in place to ensure all technicians stay abreast with the latest technology. Our diesel mechanics are hard at work, ensuring optimal performance.
The diesel pump and injector room is capable of servicing a diverse range of pumps and injectors including the latest common rail injectors. They are able to conduct a full electronic diagnosis on vehicles with the latest Bosch ESI (tronic) equipment at their disposal.
A load dynamometer is used in assessing and testing of vehicles with a functional data report available. The Hartridge MK4 smoke meter is used to measure the emission levels of vehicles. We have a comprehensive exchange program with a range of service exchange units available to ensure minimal downtime.
